This morning, we closed a $40 million financing which has positioned us to accelerate the expansion of our cannabis health and wellness ecosystem in Canada, and globally. Today, the fundamentals of our business are stronger than ever. We’ve come so far in a much shorter time frame than most of our peers, and done so with a relentless focus on execution;

• Low-cost Outdoor Grow: Canada’s first legal, at-scale outdoor cannabis crop is now well underway at our Port Perry facility;
• Global Distribution Platform: With signed agreements in place in the burgeoning German and Australian medical cannabis markets, we expect to distribute Aleafia Health branded products to consumers globally. Expanding our international reach continues to be a priority;
• Cultivation & Extraction at Scale: With a planned, fully-funded cultivation capacity of 138,000 kg and extraction capacity of 50,000 kg annually, we will benefit from large scale production of high-margin products in a closed loop ecosystem;
• Strong balance sheet: $40 million in the bank to strengthen our balance sheet while accelerating our global expansion. This will allow management to continue its focus on the execution of our business strategy
