Medical marijuana patients are facing shortages amid recreational legalization
And the problem is being made worse by the fact that there’s no requirement for producers to give priority to medical patients (for subscribers). The shortages vary by company, and medical patients must formally transfer their registration before being able to purchase from a different producer.
